Robertson|Sherwood|Architects, in collaboration with Oslund Design, is rebranding the image for Oregon-based LibertyBank, updating the appearance of their existing and new branches and enhancing the customer experience.

pool_150.jpg (10000 bytes)To date, the RSA/ODI design team has completed design of eleven branch banks throughout the state.  The new image integrates marketing messages and invigorating colors with the spaces of the building.  During the time that these projects have occured, LibetyBank has experienced record growth and profits.

This corporate office building includes 61,440 s.f. on two levels and features a two story open atrium lobby and exterior sun shading. The 13 acre site has been developed to include provisions for a future sister building, extensive landscaping and parking facilities. The site is also designed to retain storm water on site to reduce initial and long-term systems development costs.

The project scope required running the full gamut of site plan approvals from the city of Springfield, an effort which was lead by RSA in order to assure a smooth process.

Jerry's new 135,000 s.f. home improvements mega store developed on a 10.7 acre site in Springfield.  This is the second Jerry's designed by Robertson l Sherwood l Architects and Chambers Construction.  Major components include the main enclosed retail store, covered drive-through lumber yard, and garden center that includes a green house.
