With a tight budget and even tighter window for construction, RSA developed a design for the dining center at Barnhart Hall that updated the look and functionality of an outdated facility to make it more appealing to a new generation of students. In addition to improving the all-you-can-eat service, a new coffee shop was also incorporated. RSA worked closely with the CM/GC during shop drawing preparation to be sure that all potential conflicts in the new systems were worked out so that no delays occurred on the fast track construction schedule.
