PEOPLE

— people —

Our principals, Carl Sherwood, Scott Stolarczyk, Lana Sadler, and Becky Thomas have direct involvement with each project to provide a level of personal service we feel our clients deserve.

We have maintained a constant flow of interesting commissions for many years, and our staff has likewise been very stable. This stability fosters a mature and capable team of 10 individuals, 7 of whom are registered architects. Our experienced staff provide our principals with excellent technical and design support, and our clients with dedicated service. There is no substitute for experience.

Carl enjoys many outdoor activities including golf, run/walks, hiking in Central Oregon, and is an avid Duck fan supporting football, basketball and track.

Lana has over twenty years of experience from small remodels to large multi-phased complexes and everything in between. She honors the client’s goals from the start of the collaborative design process all the way to construction completion. Lana enjoys spending time with her family and the outdoor opportunities that the area provides.

BECKY THOMAS, aia

Becky came to RSA out of school in 2005 and brought with her an owner’s perspective after working for the University of Oregon’s Capital Construction department. She has since worked on a variety of projects with a wide range of user groups, clients, and boards to transform ideas into reality through an integrated design process. Her curiosity for all things drives her in design and in life. When she's not in the office you will likely find her volunteering at her two boys’ schools or cheering them on at their baseball, basketball, or football games.
