FENTON HALL renovation - UNIVERSITY OF OREGON

The University of Oregon constructed Fenton Hall in 1906. It has undergone numerous renovations, ultimately being converted to become the home of the Math Department. With each renovation mechanical, electrical, and structural systems were compromised and became less efficient and more decrepit. RSA’s design transformed Fenton Hall into a fully accessible, seismically braced, and energy efficient building boasting state-of-the-art mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and audio visual systems and equipment. What once was a drab and dreary place is now a bright, easily navigable facility the Math Department is proud to call its home.
