FERN RIDGE LIBRARY

RSA worked with the Fern Ridge Librarian and Building Committee to develop and implement a program to remodel their 3,100 SF library and add 8,000 SF of space. Construction was phased to enable uninterrupted operation. The addition includes a vaulted entry, adult and children’s reading rooms, offices, meeting rooms, staff lounge, and work area. The cost-effective building was completed on time and on budget. RSA has continued to work with the library district, assisting with renovations of the stacks area, seating, and circulation desk, and performed a study to add individual study rooms.
