Oregon Endoscopy Clinic is a two-story Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Endoscopy Clinic currently under construction. The facility will provide vital endoscopy services for Lane County and the surrounding areas. The new building increases the current facility’s capacity by 60% while remaining space-efficient and keeping services local. A custom CMU pattern and butt-glazed ribbon windows adorn the façade, while soothing, understated finishes create a calm and welcoming atmosphere inside. RSA worked with the Client to program a space that not only housed an ASC and medical clinic, but also a board room, offices for doctors and managers, a breakroom with outdoor patio, gym for staff, and a coffee shop for visitors. The project is underway and on track to complete in early 2027.
