RSA worked with PeaceHealth Dermatology to renovate their existing medical suite to create a better environment for patients and staff. A previously completed feasibility study had resulted in a preliminary design. RSA began by refining the design and advanced the project into construction documents. Due to the facility’s goal to remain operational during construction, the work was completed in phases. RSA collaborated closely with the owners to develop a phased implementation plan that allowed the facility to remain open and functioning with minimal disruption throughout the construction process.
