PHILOMATH COMMUNITY LIBRARY - FEASIBILITY STUDY

The City of Philomath issued an RFP for the expansion and renovation of its existing library. RSA was honored to be selected for the project and had the pleasure of collaborating with the City of Philomath and the Library team to assess the current library layout and functionality.  Together, we worked closely with staff and key stakeholders to develop three distinct design options for the proposed expansion and renovation. As with many library projects, upgrading technology was a major focus of the design process. Through a series of collaborative workshops and planning sessions, we created three viable options, which were presented to the public during an open house event. Community feedback gathered at the open house played a key role in shaping the final recommended option. At this time, the City of Philomath is actively fundraising to move the project forward toward completion.
